Yes, rewards expire 1 year after they are earned.
Why didn't I get my referral credit?
Is the referee billing or shipping address they same as yours? If so, NOPE.
Is the referee a new customer? If not, NOPE.
Why didn't I earn points on my gift card purchase?
Points can not be earn when purchasing a gift card but will be earned on gift card redemptions.
