How long does it take for points to be added to my account?
Your points will be added to your account as soon as your order is confirmed and fulfilled. Once you order is out the door and shipped, you'll see them ready for use.
Do my rewards expire?
Yes, your loyalty points are only valid for a full year from the date they’re earned. We want to make sure you have plenty of time to enjoy the rewards, so you can redeem your points anytime within that year.
We’ll always send reminders to help you make the most of them before they do.
Can I combine point redemption with other discounts/offers/promo codes?
In most cases, our reward points can’t be combined with other discounts or promo codes, but we do occasionally offer special promotions that allow both! Be sure to check the promotion details at checkout, or feel free to reach out to our team if you’re unsure.
Are my points eligible for sale items?
Yes! You can use your loyalty points on both sale and full-priced items unless otherwise noted.
Why didn't I get my referral credit?
Is your friend’s billing or shipping address the same as yours? If so, the referral won’t qualify since the program requires unique addresses for each account.
Is your friend a new customer? Referral credits are only given when a new customer makes their first purchase. If they already had an
account or made a purchase, they wouldn’t qualify for a referral reward.

What should I do if my points aren’t showing up?
If your points haven’t appeared yet, don’t worry! Just get in touch with our customer service team, and they’ll help sort it out for you.
Why didn't I earn points on my gift card purchase?
Points aren’t earned when the gift card is first purchased, but don’t worry – you’ll earn points when the gift card is redeemed on a future purchase.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
The points are deducted based on the original purchase value.
Can I cancel my loyalty membership?
If you’d like to cancel to your loyalty account, just reach out to our customer support team. They’ll be happy to assist you with any changes you need.
