RAEN Return & Exchange Policy

At RAEN, we pride ourselves on designing high-quality frames you truly love wearing. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, eligible U.S. customers may return their frames within 21 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as the items are in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and any complimentary promotional items included.

Please note:

  • Gift Card purchases and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you’d like to make an exchange, RAEN offers free exchanges for an equal-priced item within 30 days of delivery. To start a return or exchange, simply click the button below to access our online return portal, where you can generate a prepaid return label and get started. Please note that returns cannot be left in drop boxes or similar services, a scanned confirmation receipt must accompany all returns to ensure proper processing.

RAEN Refund Information

A refund will be issued to you following their receipt at that address within 21 days of that date. If goods are returned as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email for confirmation of the delivery address. If no reply is received within a reasonable period and in any event within 21 days of the return of the goods, then a refund will be made within 21 days of that date. We may refuse to accept future orders from those who have made previous unsubstantiated claims for non-delivery of goods.

Refunds will be limited to the maximum value of the original order and will only be issued against the same credit or debit card account as supplied to pay for the goods. We reserve the right to proportionately reduce the level of the refund if only some of the original quantity of eyeglasses or related products is returned, or if it is clear that some of the products have been used. All items must be returned undamaged and unused to qualify for a full refund.
