Most orders placed by 11 am PST Monday through Friday will ship the same day from Oceanside, CA. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is shipped.
What’s up with sales tax?
We charge 7.75% sales tax on all orders shipped to California. All orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to additional taxes and/or duties upon receiving the order.
Can I exchange my order for something else?
If you would like to exchange any part of your order, simply return the item and purchase the new item separately. We do not offer exchanges for any items.
My frame is warped!
Every pair of RAEN frames are handmade from the highest grade cellulose acetate, a high quality plastic originating from the renewable resources of wood pulp and natural cotton fibers. This is a premium material that can be heated and molded to achieve optimum fit, offering the wearer more flexibility and comfort. Sometimes acetate frames need to be readjusted and we are more than happy to do that for you. Please contact customer support to arrange shipping. You can also take them into a local optician to have them adjusted to your face for free.
I scratched my lenses, what can I do?
We'd love to get your frames looking new again but unfortunately scratched lenses are not covered by the RAEN warranty and we do not manufacture or sell replacement parts. To maximize the life of your frames we recommend using the RAEN microfiber polishing cloth to clean the lenses and keeping them safely stashed in the RAEN case when they’re not being worn.
Can I order glasses with prescription lenses?
Unfortunately RAEN does not offer prescription fulfillment from raen.com but we do have preferred RX retailers located around the world. You can take your pair of RAEN frames to one of these retailers or to your favorite local optician.
