Love the style but feel cheap
"I purchased the West in all black. I like to wide square lenses but the two exposed pins for the hinges on the face do make them look at little cheap. I wish the front was solid black and they could conceal the silver pins. I have Mauis, Ray Bans and Smiths and these Raens feel cheaper and flimsier than the others. They feel more like sun $100 shades. I’m keeping them cause I like the style but I don’t think I’d purchase from Raen again. They seem a bit overpriced for what you’re getting."

"Hello - I purchased the sunglasses as a gift for my son. He loves the glasses but found them too large for his face. How do i go about returning the glasses. I think if you have a physical store in the Venice/Marina del Rey area where he could try on the glasses so we could do an exchange versus a return that would be so helpful."

- I purchased a pair of these at Faherty, but they were stolen a few months ago. Is the extra wide size what you sold faherty? Or are there different sizes of the West sold at different locations? Thanks!
- Hello DRH, The WEST frame comes in only one size at 55mm, we consider it an extra wide fit in the collection. We still have this frame available to purchase on our website!
- Does one of the arms have a more pronounced curvature to allow for folding them? It seems the pair I recents one straight arm and one that is curved more. When folded with the curved arm on top the glasses are flat. Is this a design feature or a flaw in the pair I have?

- We don't currently offer prescription fulfillment, but all of our frames are prescription compatible!
- Are these frames RX-able? Not from RAEN, but could I take them somewhere and have prescription lenses added?
- Absolutely! All of our frames are prescription compatible. We don't currently offer prescription fulfillment through RAEN but we are working on that and hope to offer it soon!
