Great sunglasses, even better customer service

"I bought my RAEN Remmys back in 2021 and they’ve become the only sunglasses I really wear. I own several Ray-Bans, but the Remmys are the ones I always reach for. They’re light, comfortable, and have enough style that they became part of my “look” instead of feeling like the same sunglasses everyone else has. What made me want to write this, though, was their customer service. After almost five years, my lenses were still in great shape. No issues, no scratches. Then I dropped them on concrete and put a big ding right in the middle of one lens. Totally my fault. I was heartbroken and figured I’d either need to buy replacement lenses or send them in for repair, so I emailed RAEN support to ask what my options were. They replied within a day, from a real person. Shout out to Courtney. And they offered a solution that went way beyond what I asked for or expected. I was already a fan of the glasses. Now I’m a lifetime customer. Good customer service is rare enough these days that it feels worth calling out when a company actually handles something with care. Most people only go write reviews when they’re mad, so I wanted to do the opposite. If you’re trying to decide whether $200 sunglasses are worth it, the frames themselves are great. But knowing there are real people behind the brand if you ever need help matters too."
