RAEN offers FREE returns and exchanges on all U.S. orders (no minimum) made within 14 days of delivery from raen.com. We have extended our return window till January 4th for purchases made from November 21st till January 4th. Order must be returned or exchanged with the complementary accessories, all packaging, and any FREE promotional items shipped to you. Gift Cards are non-refundable. Any products listed as *final sale* cannot be returned or exchanged. Original shipping fees paid are not refundable. To return or exchange an item, go here or go to your order history and select the order you would like to return or exchange an item for to begin the process. Once approved, an RMA Number and further instructions will be emailed to you directly. You can contact Customer Support for additional help. 

A refund will be issued to you following their receipt at that address within 14 days of that date. If goods are returned as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email for confirmation of the delivery address. If no reply is received within a reasonable period and in any event within 14 days of the return of the goods, then a refund will be made within 14 days of that date.

We may refuse to accept future orders from those who have made previous unsubstantiated claims for non-delivery of goods. Refunds will be limited to the maximum value of the original order and will only be issued against the same credit or debit card account as supplied to pay for the goods. We reserve the right to proportionately reduce the level of the refund if only some of the original quantity of eyeglasses or related products is returned, or if it is clear that some of the products have been used. All items must be returned undamaged and unused to qualify for a full refund.
