RAEN offers FREE returns on all U.S. orders (no minimum) made within 30 days of purchase from raen.com. Orders placed during holiday time (Nov 20th-December 15th) will be able to return items for an extended period of time through January 15th. Items must be returned with the complementary accessories, all packaging, and any promotional items shipped to you. Original shipping fees paid are not refundable. Unfortunately RAEN is unable to process exchanges at this time. To return an item, go here or go to your order history and select the order you would like to return an item for to begin the process. Once approved, an RMA Number and further instructions will be emailed to you directly. You can contact Customer Support for additional help.
A refund will be issued to you following their receipt at that address within 30 days of that date. If goods are returned as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email for confirmation of the delivery address. If no reply is received within a reasonable period and in any event within 30 days of the return of the goods, then a refund will be made within 30 days of that date.
We may refuse to accept future orders from those who have made previous unsubstantiated claims for non-delivery of goods. Refunds will be limited to the maximum value of the original order and will only be issued against the same credit or debit card account as supplied to pay for the goods. We reserve the right to proportionately reduce the level of the refund if only some of the original quantity of eyeglasses or related products is returned, or if it is clear that some of the products have been used. All items must be returned undamaged and unused to qualify for a full refund.
