Most orders placed by 12 pm PST Monday through Friday will ship the same day from Oceanside, CA. Delivery can be delayed by additional order verification, product availability, and delivery conditions. We are closed all major holidays and do not ship on these days.
Free Two Day Shipping
Free Two Day Shipping is available exclusively to the U.S. through USPS Priority Mail 2-Day™ shipping. USPS Priority Mail 2-Day™ packages are delivered Monday through Saturday and in some cases can take up to three days for delivery.
Free Ground Shipping
Free Ground Shipping is available exclusively to the U.S. through UPS Ground shipping. UPS Ground packages are delivered Monday through Friday.
If you are ordering from, or shipping to, outside of the United States you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase upon receipt of package. By placing your order you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay as due all of such amounts, as applicable.
RAEN does not ship to hotels. Orders to be shipped to hotels will be held for an alternative address or cancelled.
RAEN accepts returns made within 30 days of purchase from raen.com. Items must be returned with the complementary accessories, all packaging, and any promotional items shipped to you. Shipping fees are not refundable. You will need to pay for return shipping. Unfortunately RAEN is unable to process exchanges. If you'd like to return your product, simply use the hyperlink provided to you in your order confirmation email to request a Return Authorization number to be generated for you or email [email protected] explaining the nature of your return and all necessary details. Once approved, an RMA Number and further instructions will be emailed to you directly.
In all instances (save returns to us as undeliverable) you should contact our customer services to request a return and the relevant return address. A refund or replacement will be issued to you following their receipt at that address within 30 days of that date. If goods are returned as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email for confirmation of the delivery address. If no reply is received within a reasonable period and in any event within 30 days of the return of the goods, then a refund will be made within 30 days of that date.
We may refuse to accept future orders from those who have made previous unsubstantiated claims for non-delivery of goods. Refunds will be limited to the maximum value of the original order, including delivery charges and will only be issued against the same credit or debit card account as supplied to pay for the goods. We reserve the right to proportionately reduce the level of the refund if only some of the original quantity of eyeglasses or related products is returned, or if it is clear that some of the products have been used. In the case of goods returned under your cooling off right, these must be returned undamaged and unused to qualify for a refund (no open packages).
Sunglasses and Eyeglasses
If issues experienced with the frame include a manufacturer's defect, or an issue resulting from an inherent flaw in the product, RAEN provides a 365 day warranty from the time of purchase. If you feel your product meets these requirements, please email [email protected] explaining the nature of your warranty claim and all necessary details.
Scratched lenses and physical damage are not covered by warranty. Unfortunately we do not manufacture or sell replacement lenses.
