E-Commerce, Digital Marketing Manager
RAEN  - Oceanside, California

Raen is seeking a E-Commerce / Digital Marketing Manager to lead acquisition channel development and management for the digital commerce business.  You will help us with E-Commerce store management, targeted outreach and data monitoring to figure out what is working and what is not. You will take a lead role in analyzing our growth and its drivers, as well as supporting marketing and product decisions through ad hoc analysis and periodic reporting on our sales across channels (mobile / web / email). You will also take the look and feel of our existing digital presence to the next level, as well as helping launch exciting new interactive initiatives.

Job Role and Expectations:
•    Build Acquisition go-to-market plans for specific product and category launches.
•    Manage and shepherd orders through the purchase process from submission to customer delivery.
•    Ensure all RAEN product is visually stunning and reflective of the RAEN brand’s attention to detail and design driven aesthetic.
•    Maintain a clear calendar of launches and enhancements, in coordination with Marketingand Brand Manager.
•    Schedule, execute and evaluate various sales promotions and discount offerings through
•    Work closely with Brand Manager and web development teams to drive acquisition related, and website specific, software integrations.
•    Management, testing and optimization of all related pages (Shop, Stockist, About, etc etc)
•    Create project plans and road maps for web development across multiple categories of product, including.
•    Report key metrics and analytics to senior staff, translating complex market trends into usable marketing data points.
•    Drive profitable sales, meet and exceed online sales expectations/goals, ensure a complete and well-rounded web experience for visitors.
•    Maintain and nurture key business relationships with fulfillment partners and vendors associated with RX fulfillment business.
•    Work closely with Website Manager of Web Development teams to drive Acquisition related, and website specific, software integrations.
•    Manage and grow key e-retailer business relationships in coordination with the sales representatives who oversee various e-retail accounts.

Strategy & Planning
•    Create annual Acquisition Marketing budget and allocation. Responsible for budget pacing, forecasting, benchmarking and communication of the strategy to senior executive audiences.
•    Develop and maintain strategy for growth of online domestic sales, while protecting international distributor business lines, and managing overall business complexity/interplay of these two arms of business
•    Understand the brand directives, through a continued partnership with the RAEN Marketing and Creative team.
•    Participate with merchandising, technology and production teams to create the right outcome-focused solutions
•    Scope creative effort on potential enhancements & requests
•    Design of many different forms of web, tablet, and mobile solutions, both domestically and globally
•    Closely monitor metrics, as well as customer behavior and feedback in a state of constant improvement

Digital Marketing
•    Drive customer acquisition via various acquisition marketing channels including a mix of SEO, SEM, Re-targeting, Paid Social (Facebook and others), Affiliate Marketing, and Shopping Feeds.
•    Continuously test and optimize all marketing channels and campaigns to develop and measure key performance indicators.
•    Manage and work across multiple web re-marketing vendors to ensure maximum ROI and customer recruitment.
•    Build Acquisition go-to-market plans for specific product and category launches.
•    Keep up to date with practices and standards in the email marketing industry.
•    Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Creative teams as well as external product and agency partners to perform strategic data mining and analysis, drawing insights to optimize campaign performances and customer targeting strategies.
•    Strategize, create, execute, manage and track RAEN’s email program.   Responsibilities include strategy, planning, testing, evaluating, and reporting.  Segmenting contact lists and personalizing emails.  Development of content strategy and email calendar.  Optimizing email for mobile devices.  Growing total contact list.

We are ideally looking for somebody with:
•    5+ years in a web/mobile/interactive e-commerce management, digital marketing, and design oriented working environment.
•    An understanding of user-centric design, interaction design, and usability.
•    Who is highly organized and has great communication skills.
•    An ability to communicate concepts through storyboards and information architecture.
•    Excellent communications skills both in person and written.
•    Process oriented, and able to develop and follow project schedules.
•    Who is agile and flexible, as requirements often shift in a digital business.
•    Experience in a retail or consumer facing business a plus.

We are looking for somebody who can demonstrate through their experience and problem-solving skills that they have the expertise, personality, level-headedness, and leadership ability to crush it in this role.
